Icarus, Wheaten and Finch has redeveloped and operates 50,000 square feet of mixed use space consisting of eight iconic Main Street nineteenth century mercantile blocks.

All properties consist of ample and gracious loft style apartments, office, and street level retail uses with an emphasis on preserving the architectural integrity and historic interest of the structure.

IWF also renovates historic residences for resale, artfully introducing 21st century comfort and convenience into 18th, 19th, and early 20th century homes. IWF has three times broken market sales price records with these homes.

IWF has experience in Tax Credit Finance and creative deal structuring.

As an undergraduate Mr. Herold studied American Architectural History, earning a fellowship at Historic Deerfield, and developed local history curriculum for the Amherst, MA public schools. He holds a BA from Hampshire College (1975).

Jordi Herold's work has been recognized by the Massachusetts Historical Commission 2012, Preservation Massachusetts 2012, The Massachusetts Housing investment Corporation 2011, and Northampton Historical Commission 2006, 1981.
