In an Arts Management career spanning 25 years, Jordi Herold orchestrated over 10,000 concert events. He is the founder (1979) of the Iron Horse Music Hall, now on its fourth owner as a beloved community institution and internationally recognized club. He programmed as Creative Director the multiple venues of the Iron Horse Entertainment Group until 2004. He has programmed and produced in venues from 150-10,000 seats from Boston to Albany and Manhattan to Burlington, VT.

Mr. Herold has been involved in the re-opening of the Calvin Theater, Northampton; The Colonial Theater, Keene; and in 2010 was Project Representative for a plan that achieved $15 Million in funding for an Arts Complex at The Garden Theater, Greenfield.

He has consulted to the Academy of Music Theater, Northampton; Colonial Theater, Pittsfield; The Clark Arts Institute, Williamstown; The Bushnell, Hartford among others.

Mr. Herold was invited by Mass MoCA Director Joseph Thompson to discuss partnership opportunities and from 2000-2004 presented many events at the MassMoCA campus

IWF provided Event Management services to Berkshire Botanical Garden in Stockbridge from 2004 – 2010 for an annual Festival event with a peak attendance of 15,000.

In 2023, Jordi Herold donated over 50 shelf-feet of files, audio recordings, and memorabilia documenting the history of the Iron Horse Music Hall, to the Western Massachusetts Music Archive, housed at the Special Collections at the Forbes Library in Northampton, MA.
